Bravo: Jackson's Will is to be filled!

The mother of Michael Jackson will retain custody of his children, and the biological mother of the two elder children will visit and maintain her legal parental rights under an agreement reached by both sides, but news about the autospy will be released who knows when. Maybe that will affect the case about Jackson's children.

The agreement will go before a Los Angeles judge Monday, and both sides expect the judge to approve it, the source said. Rowe did not ask for custody? She gave up her parental right in 2001, but later challenged that hearing in 2003; while Michael faced child molestation charges.. “Debbie is really happy” about the arrangement, said the source, refusing to be identified because the agreement has yet to be announced.

So Jack can sleep well for this night.

Hope they just end up letting him rest in peace!

More Drama!

Michael Jackson's personal chef has given a dramatic account of the day the late pop star was stricken at his Holmby Hills mansion.

In a recent interview with the Associated Press, Kai Chase said she saw no evidence that Jackson was abusing prescription drugs. She said that Dr. Conrad Murray, who is the subject of a manslaughter investigation related to Jackson's death, often carried oxygen tanks out of Jackson's bedroom. But she said she didn't know what the tanks were for. Authorities are investigating whether prescription drugs played a role in Jackson's death.

Imagine this a chef?
Probably lost job.
Can be on TV?

So what must he do?

Duh, act like drugs weren't involved and get MORE attention!

Here is Chase's description of the day Jackson died:

In the morning, when she arrived for work, Chase said she would see the doctor coming down the steps carrying oxygen tanks. When Murray didn't come downstairs the morning of June 25, "I thought maybe Mr. Jackson is sleeping late," Chase said.

"I started preparing the lunch and then I looked at my cellphone and it was noon. About 12:05 or 12:10 Dr. Murray runs down the steps and screams, 'Go get Prince!' He's screaming very loud. I run into the den where the kids are playing. Prince (Jackson's oldest son) runs to meet Dr. Murray and from that point on you could feel the energy in the house change.

"I walked into the hall and I saw the children there. The daughter was crying. I saw paramedics running up the stairs."

At that point, Chase said, the small group that was gathered — the children, their nanny, a housekeeper and Chase — held hands and began to pray. As paramedics raced up to the room, Chase recalls, "We were all praying, 'Help Mr. Jackson be O.K.'

"Then everyone was very quiet."

At about 1:30 p.m. she said security guards told her and other staff to leave the property because "Mr. Jackson was being taken to the hospital." (source: LATB)

Drugs found

Dr. Conrad Murray has confessed to keeping a hoard of drugs hidden in a closet at Michael Jackson's home.

Original searches of Jackson's home by the LAPD (the night that Jackson died) did not turn up many of the drugs that have not been found (including a strong anesthesia drug called Propofol).

After speaking again with Murray after Jackson died the LAPD was able to follow up with an additional search warrant based on the information that Murray supplied. The additional drugs were found concealed in a cloest of the guest room in Jackson's home where Murray had been staying. Law enforcement officials say that there is no question that the drugs were intentionally hidden.

Propofol, one of the drugs found, is what authorities believe ultimately killed Jackson.

So what it murder, or just feeding a devastating addiction?

The World may never know!

Neverland or Again -land?

Michael Jackson swore he'd never go back to Never-land yet his family want to bury him there.

We've also heard rumors he wanted to be buried there ,but what happened?

Well it seems that:

On the few occasions she has inadvertently given them the slip, discreet calls have been made to inform the photographers of Miss Jackson's presence in such places as her new favorite celebrity hang-out, the ritzy Madeo restaurant in West Hollywood.

Throughout, the surgically enhanced La Toya has worn the sort of mask of inscrutability that can be achieved only through a couple of decades worth of face-lifts and several gallons of muscle-numbing Botox.

But after years of dire money troubles and a lengthy stretch doing time in the showbusiness wilderness, it is impossible to miss the sparkle in her eyes that says: 'It's so good to be back.'

Certainly, things are once again looking up for the 53-year- old La Toya. She has a record out next week, hastily released to make the most of the mania for all things Jackson since the death of her brother last month. She is also hard at work creating her new website.

Meanwhile, she and her siblings are about to put pen to paper on a reported £10 million deal to appear in a Jackson family reality show for U.S. cable broadcaster A&E.

Preparations for the eight remaining brothers and sisters from the musical clan to appear in a lucrative concert in London to mark what would have been Jackson's 51st birthday next month are also at an advanced stage.

At the same time, their father Joe is in the process of negotiating contracts, said to be worth in excess of £60 million, to reform the Jackson 5 for a world tour next year.
Michael Jackson's Neverland

Money-spinner: Neverland could reopen as a memorial to Michael Jackson

Certainly, the sums on offer are all very mouthwatering, of course, particularly as La Toya, for one, was forced into bankruptcy less than ten years ago.

But impressive though they undoubtedly are, the vast figures are merely the tip of the financial iceberg for Miss Jackson and her family.

The lucrative deals are coming so thick and fast, it is barely possible to keep up.

Michael's production company, MJJ, has even granted permission for a Michael-Jackson-themed computer game to be on the shelves in time for Christmas.

As a result, considerable sums - estimated already to be in excess of £3 million - have been flowing into the shadowy Jackson Family Trust, which is now ultimately controlled by Michael's mother Katherine.

All the deal of the Never-land burial is just a scheme for money guys!

What?

No Way?

Well it's obvious,huh?

It's a good thing MJ's dead so he won't see all this money business.

Michael's Death Certificate...

In the days before Michael Jackson’s death certificate was made public, only a few people had legitimate reason to view the file in the state's password-protected database.

Even after the document was released, access was supposed to be limited to authorized staffers. But by the first week in July, the pop star's records had been viewed more than 300 times, said Craig Harvey, the chief coroner's investigator.

On Friday, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials launched an investigation into whether coroner's employees leaked or sold confidential information related to Jackson's case after The Times reported that at least half a dozen employees had improperly viewed his death certificate online.

Los Angeles County supervisors, who asked the sheriff to investigate, are also calling for the county auditor, who had already launched an unrelated audit of the coroner's office, to specifically examine possible leaks.

"We need to get that environment under control," Supervisor Mark Ridley-Thomas said.

With the final autopsy results still pending for Jackson, who died June 25, the high media attention surrounding the case has raised a new round of questions about safeguarding celebrities' electronic records.

Even before reports surfaced of unauthorized views of Jackson's death certificate supervisors had expressed concern about possible leaks at the coroner's office after seeing detailed reports about the Jackson case in tabloids.

In addition to a criminal inquiry, state health officials who oversee the Electronic Death Registration System said they were looking into whether coroner's employees should be sanctioned.

"We have not decided what sorts of actions might be taken," said Ken August, a spokesman for the California Department of Public Health.

Damn, just leave him alone!

What do you think?

Michael Jackon not allowed burial!

It's been more than a month since Michael Jackson's demise, and still no burial, cremation, resting place, or any manifestation of the pop psyche term "closure" at all for this fallen King of Pop.

What is unequivocally true is that the news media has continued their relentless, wretched assault against Jackson's very quintessence with villainous coverage of all that is grotesque, repulsive and vile, with barely a fact to back up all the rancorous chatter. But what do they gain from defamation of him?

More NEWs, but that does not justify them.

The latest "so-called" news is that a Los Angeles coroner has temporary custody of his brain, endless rumors incessantly about drugs he might have taken prescribed by a long list of doctors now under investigation, the sad condition of his body, lawsuits already impending in the multiple millions, impending, custody battles, and the long-awaited results of toxicology reports given as the reason for allowing Jackson's body to remain in spiritual rigor.

His family claims they do not even know where his body is. Everyone knows this is not true. But is it?

There are rumors that biological mother Debbie Rowe may fight for custody or may simply want more money. It is obvious all she wanted was money, Right?

Brother Jermaine Jackson says that Michael wanted to be buried at Neverland Ranch, but his mother Kathryn said she doesn't want him there, not even his ashes. Will she be stupid enough to not follow the wishes od the deceased or not?

But throughout all of this picayune, malevolent and venomous cacophony of malicious and largely unfounded reports, Michael is still not allowed to rest in peace, just as he was never allowed to live a peaceful life. This comes to show that your life may follow you until beyond death,

He was a human being.

He was a man, a father, a son, a friend, and a phenomenal unreal star brighter than anyone could understand or comprehend.

But just let him rest in peace already!

Fake Nose Dies?

Always image conscious in life, Michael Jackson allegedly lay dead in the morgue missing his "false nose," according to a report. But is that true this is a medium-size rumor.

London's Daily Mail quotes a witness in the morgue saying Jackson had "a small hole where the singer's nose should have been." Wierd right? Was he using cocaine intensively or just his nose problem?

"The prosthesis he normally attached to his damaged nose was missing, revealing bits of cartilage surrounding a small dark hole," the witness told the Mail. that must have been a site. I mean really, how would you feel?

Michael Jackson died from a cardiac arrest at his Beverly Hills mansion on June 25. The cause is still unknown.

But many theories are prominent.

Monthly allowances for Jackson's mom.

Michael Jackson provided full financial support to his mother when he was alive and his estate should continue to do so after his death, the temporary administrators of the pop star's affairs plan to argue at a hearing next week.

In court papers filed Thursday, the administrators asked for approval to pay a monthly allowance to Katherine Jackson, 79. The specific amount requested is under seal.

"The special administrators are informed and believe that Mrs. Jackson has no other sources of income currently available other than Social Security income," lawyers for administrators John Branca and John McClain wrote in the filing.

Jackson's mother is caring for her son's three children, and the administrators requested an additional monthly allowance for them. Maybe all she wanted after all was money???

According to the court papers, the Jackson children are beneficiaries of an insurance policy "but the insurance proceeds have not yet been collected." Maybe the insurance won't give anything as the policy holder's death has no verified trace.

The allowances are among a host of issues Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff is to take up at a hearing Aug. 3. A 2002 will signed by Jackson appoints Branca and McClain executors and transfers Jackson's assets to a private trust that benefits his mother, his children and a number of charities. The judge has not yet ruled on the validity of the will, but he gave its executors limited control in the meantime.

The administrators' lawyers wrote in the papers that they are still analyzing Jackson's affairs but believe that he owns the family home in Encino where Katherine Jackson lives. The administrators are paying the mortgage, taxes, utilities and gardener fees at the home, their attorneys wrote.

Jackson's father, siblings and other relatives are not mentioned in the court papers, and the administrators' lawyers wrote that "no individuals other than the minor children and Mrs. Jackson are entitled to a family allowance in this estate."

Although Jackson owed creditors at least $400 million at the time of his death, his assets outweighed his debts by more than $200 million and the value of his estate has grown daily with the posthumous popularity of his music.

So what will happen to Jackson?

Only time will tell!

MJ's Dad non-abuser?

LOS ANGELES, California- Michael Jackson's father told CNN's Larry King Monday night that he never beat his son or made any significant mistakes in raising him.
Joe Jackson told CNN's Larry King he suspected foul play was involved in his son's death last month.

Joe Jackson told CNN's Larry King he suspected foul play was involved in his son's death last month.

Joe Jackson also said the rumor that he wanted to take the singer's children on tour as the Jackson 3 was "a bunch of jive."

Jackson repeated his suspicion that foul play was involved in his son's death last month, but he conceded he did not know what happened. He said he had been blocked from seeing or talking to his son in the days before his death.

There were indications in the interview with Jackson, who was in Las Vegas, that he was not being included in all of the family's activities in recent weeks.

When King asked about the findings of the private autopsy -- which daughter LaToya Jackson last week said she's seen -- Joe Jackson answered "Well, they have not showed it to me, Larry. I'll put it like that."

He also said he did not know where his son's body has been kept since the memorial service.

"You'd have to ask somebody that knows," he said. "I don't know."

Jackson denied that he was legally separated from Katherine Jackson -- his wife of 60 years -- although he did say he spends most of his time in Las Vegas. His wife lives in the family home in Encino, California.

He denied a report that he had agreed to sign a document saying he would not be involved in helping raise Michael Jackson's three children as a way to help his wife retain custody of them.

"I've never said I was going to sign any papers to that effect," he said.

Debbie Rowe, Michael Jackson's ex-wife and mother of his two oldest children, has not said yet whether she will challenge Katherine Jackson for custody.

Joe Jackson appeared careful to avoid any hints that he might encourage the children to enter show business, saying "they have to be what they are, kids, at the moment."

"I can't get into that right now, Larry, because, I mean, I just can't," he said.

Is he saying the truth???

The World MAY never know.

Poor Millionaire?

How's this for a twist?

michael Pictures, Images and Photos

Yesterday we broke the story that the Special Administrators of Michael Jackson's estate filed legal papers saying they just recovered $5.75 million is cash from a former financial advisor. The advisor is Dr. Tohme Tohme, who got involved with Jackson in the last year-and-a-half of his life, and he claims the money was "a secret."

In an interview last night, Dr. Tohme said the money came from recording residuals and that "It was a great secret between Michael and me." What? Didn't we hear before MJ's death that he was going more and more into debt?

Dr. Tohme claims the money was going to be used for a future Las Vegas "dream home."
MJ's plan was to buy a house? What, why not use it to pay for debts?

Tohme says Michael implored him, "Don't tell anyone about the money." He says when the singer died, he came forward and said he had the stash.

Now we should watch for more people that are doing this ,right???
